When Pwrteams first approached us, their goal was clear: they needed a comprehensive tool to integrate their sales and marketing efforts. The decision to use HubSpot was pivotal, as it offered the perfect combination of CRM and marketing automation under one roof. To reach their target personas, they also needed a content marketing strategy that would engage their audience and align seamlessly with their sales efforts.

The company was amid a rebranding initiative prompted by the acquisition of Questers and the need to strengthen their connection to Nortal. To complete this transformation, Pwrteams required a new website that was modern, cohesive, and capable of reflecting their evolving identity. Once again, HubSpot became the natural choice, with its CMS ensuring everything could be managed within a unified platform.

From simple beginnings

Aligning sales and marketing with HubSpot

Pwrteams didn’t have a CRM system in place and needed a tool that would organize their marketing and sales processes, streamline lead management, and serve as a single point of truth. They also required better reporting capabilities, more effective campaign tracking, and an overall structure to support their growing business.

From the start, it was clear that Pwrteams’ team was eager to learn. Though they had no prior experience with HubSpot, their enthusiasm and quick adaptability made the implementation process seamless. With HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Content Hub in place, they gained tools to streamline marketing workflows, integrate social media channels, and automate email campaigns. On the sales side, the platform unified their pipelines, providing clarity and organization where it was most needed.

Collaborating closely with Pwrteams’ marketing team, we developed a clear and cohesive content strategy, designed to reach their key buyer persona: tech leaders grappling with challenges like talent shortages, skill gaps, and high employee costs in local markets. The dual goals of our efforts were to build brand awareness while driving demand and generating leads.

Together, we mapped out a content publishing plan designed to engage refreshed buyer personas at every stage of their journey. Blogging, social media, and newsletters now followed a unified structure, while new high-value assets—like e-books and lead magnets—were introduced to attract and nurture leads. Each piece of content was purposefully created to drive engagement, spark conversations, and capture opportunities.

Pwrteams needed a modern, visually striking site that showcased their capabilities while remaining functional and easy to manage. With a tight four-to-six-week deadline, the stakes were high—but so was the opportunity to create something exceptional.
